Issues logging in to CH App v. 1.2.4

Hello everyone,

I have been using the free Vaults VSTs for some time and really am a fan of them. However, I recently updated the app (as prompted), and I have found myself unable to log in on the app to access the new products in my account. I have tried restarting the app and changing my password, but the “Email or Password are incorrect” error continues to pop up no matter what I do. I have not mistyped either credential as the website responds perfectly to them, so I suspect this is a problem with the app. I have also tried allowing the app through the Windows Defender Firewall and it has not made a difference.

My OS is Windows 10, if that has an effect.

I raised a ticket last night and apparently it’s to do with the app having difficulties with special characters. David suggested a change to alphanumeric characters only and it worked!

I wonder why it suddenly broke? Previous versions allowed logins just fine, at least for me. :o
