The crowmas25 discount doesn't work in the store

The crowmas25 discount doesn’t work in the store, here’s what I get when ordering,

it says “usage limit has been reached for this coupon”.

Hey crow hill team can you fix it ? I have also emailed you this problem.

Thanks. SAM DOWNIE www.dsoundz.co.uk

Just for info, worked for me ‘bout half an hour ago (so 9.30pm-ish Boxing Day), but on a different product (Guitar Hive). Realize that doesn’t help you, Sam, but it may help the Crow Hill team to track down the problem. Hope it’s sorted out for you, mate. Belated Merry Christmas.

Same here. I think the code has been put out “into the wild” so everyone might be trying it, not just the newsletter subscribers, and busted the system lol.

Will keep checking back periodically. I’m sure it’ll get sorted.

Same story here. Hope this gets fixed soon; I’d love to rationalize sending Chris and the crew more money.

I get the same message.

Still not working :frowning:

Yeah, just came across the same issue. :frowning:

Just found out on another forum that there is a fix: just add “fix” to the end of the code and it works. Just successfully used that.

Hmmm, I used it on the Cello Motors on Christmas and it worked fine.

Excellent. Can confirm adding “fix” at the end worked for me too.

[update]

I can confirm that this code works instead : crowmas25fix

I was able to make a purchase from the store, and now composing using the great plugins and got some merch also. love the sound wave illustration that Dot did that Christian wears a lot .

yes I did same too with the fix added

thanks for answering , I used the fix on the code and it worked also

There is always something that trips you up. Most sample library manufacturers have some kind of glitch on their websites with codes that either don’t work, or tell you that you have already used it, when in fact you haven’t. Chat bots are as useful as a chocolate fire guard, or a wet fart in a colander. The ‘fix‘ added to the end of the code did work, but ‘Jeeze a loo’, there seems to be a ‘Take Your Money and Run’ attitude these days. Don’t lose sight of your customers, it could be catastrophic. Broken libraries seem to be the trend these days. Spitfire fixed their Eric Whitacre Choir after a long spell in a dry desert.

Yeah, well, when spitfire lost Christian, they began to treat those of us who were not their top library folks like we are a mere afterthought. They butchered labs and stopped adding to the Originals and Abbey Road One. Now their prices pretty much match VSL. I’m certainly not adding anything from them any time soon.
