Can't install instrument via Crow Hill app on Windows 10

I’ve downloaded the app but when I try to install any of the plugins I’m getting a “Failed to download (the name of the instrument) spawn wmic ENOENT”. A quick google search suggested that it is due to wmic being deprecated in the latest updates of both Windows 10 and 11. Are there any solutions how to overcome this issue?

I’m having this same problem on Windows 11. I put in a help ticket but haven’t heard back yet. Has anyone gotten this to work?

It’s working for me on W11, and as far as I can tell I don’t have wmic on my system.

I’m using v1.2.11 of the Crow Hill app (with the installer helper service turned off) on Windows 1 Pro Version 10.0.26200 Build 26200.
