Crow Hill Not Installing

So I’ve just downloaded the Crow Hill app and I’m trying to download the products I just purchased. It keeps sending me an error message. I have no idea what I need to do to install my products. I have an image of the error message if that will help.

I have found no assistance online so I’m hoping someone here can help.

Hi Rob, hope you’ve sorted this by now? Have you tried downloading to another disk or download folder? How full is your hard drive? I’d submit a support ticket if you’re still having trouble! Good luck!
