Shame to hear about this cc control problem in Labs (mentioned above by paretchan) I haven’t tried their new interface yet.
For anyone still using Labs, their Video on the new model super confused me, so asked a question about it on the comments and they said it would definitely be still possible to use the existing free Labs without paying this new subscription, and that you’ll still be able to record new midi work (the video made it sound like you’d be locked out!).
But why they mixed up paid and free is beyond me 
I like that Crow Hill has a clear distinction between paid and unpaid products with the separate (and excellent) Vaults. Consumers want clear choices so this is definitely the best way!
