First off we soon have Vaults dropping again with a totally new architecture. This will mean we won’t “Bono” you with stuff you don’t want. So Vaults will be a single plugin with your own bespoke library of stuff from our releases.
Thing is, we need to have at least one permanent fixture in there. Now about 17 years ago I sampled a felt piano that became the LABS Soft piano. What would we say to an up-to-date version with round robins and release triggers (and maybe a slightly brighter top layer) sourced from the original recordings that I recently found in my attic?

YES 
It’s impossible to have too many piano VSTs (I have checked and this is true), and the LABS Felt Piano is so wonderful. Having a Crow Hill take on it would be most excellent.

Absolutely! Would love this especially now that I will need to stop using Labs. Spitfire have ruined Labs with a subscription model and a really poor interface redesign that removes the CC controls and makes a mess of the whole thing. Loving what TCHC is doing! Keep up the great work!

Yep, totally agree. IMO that would be the perfect default instrument.
Please please please if you do a piano (which as stated is always a great thing to have) can it have a full dynamic range so playing gently on the keys really does play soft notes right up to thumping the heck out of it and getting that crazy mad sound you get when your fingers are bleeding. That would be nice. No knob to adjust the dynamics, just a single scale dynamic range, like a real piano. Please. Thank you. Very Much.

That would be great, I use Essentials Felt Piano quite a lot as if seems dynamically better that the Labs Soft Piano, however I alway felt the Soft Piano had the sonic edge over the Felt.
So I would defiantly be interested to see what you do with the Soft piano samples this time around.
Might you add some of your Pianobook stuff (like the Claustrophobic people) into Vaults?

This looks like a sound designer’s playground. Any VI with a ‘smash’ button gets my vote.
