How Do I Uninstall An Instrument?

Whether you are cleaning up or taking a break from music, uninstalling an instrument is as easy as locating the installed files and removing them.

Depending on your operating system these can be found in several different locations.

macOS

Remove the instrument folder located in Application Support:-

Library/Application Support/Crow Hill/

Additional plug-in files can be found at the following locations.

AU - /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/

VST2 - /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST/Crow Hill/

VST3 - /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/

AAX - /Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-ins/

!! Please ensure audio content (.blob) files installed in custom locations or external drives are also removed.

Windows

Run the uninstaller located in Program Files:-

*\Program Files\Crow Hill*

Additional plug-in files can be found at the following locations.

VST - \Program Files\VSTPlugIns\Crow Hill

AAX - \Program Files\Common Files\Avid\Audio\Plug-Ins
