Sooo, I know we have a discourse site here, which is good n dandy, but here’s a thought,
What if there was a Discord server for Crow Hill? I know we technically have the Audio Inc server on Discord, but if we had both this discourse group here, and also a discord server, it might actually be good, also easy access for those who use Discord (like myself) I use discord wayy more than anything else so I’d be curious to hear some thoughts bout that?
For those who don’t have Discord, they could use this site… idk, just a little thing I’ve been thinking about and I was wondering what you guys think?

I think the issue is the fact its live and that means moderation is a lot more difficult… You can lock it down enough for that to be less of an issue, but requires some admin time per se… and swarms of people can be an issue…
This means then gates… or levels and it becomes somewhat tricky to keep the open aspect with such measures…
I really like it for screen shares, and meeting new like minded people… this being said.

Yeah I suppose you have a point here, I actually didn’t think about it from the moderation POV… not only that, uhh… a lot of bots on discord are sending scam links on servers so I think I can see why they haven’t made one, at least yet anyway.
On the bright side tho, it would be good for exclusive events! Idk, just a thought for the future I suppose c:
