Product Suggestion: Folk Instruments

Hurdy-gurdies, hammered dulcimers, autoharps, accordions, whistles, washboards, washtub bass, stomps, claps, mandolins, spoons, hand drums, etc. etc.

Crow Hill really seems to have unlocked infusing digital sample libraries with the beautiful organic chaos that human performance brings to the table. A folk music library seems like it would significantly benefit from that magical sweet spot.

You pick any of the instruments used by Dead Can Dance, or 4AD for that matter…

And/or Tom Waits.

a standard dulcimer - of the type we hear in Blue - that would be grand

I would think a well sampled chromatic harmonica would be grand for those occasions when I’m not up to recording a pass.

I would lend you my Seydel, but it would probably need some ludicrous tax and shipping getting it there and back… and I’m a bit too poor to pull that off these days.
