Vaults note length

I have a Windows PC and my DAW is Cakewalk Sonar. My Vaults use to work perfectly.

Recently longer notes are being cut short, it’s like the midi is miss-reporting the note length. This happens in the piano roll of the DAW and when pressing a key inside the app.

This issue doesn’t occur in any other virtual instruments that I have, just the Vaults app.

Is this likely to be an DAW issue or Vaults ? I’m not tech savvy so don’t have a clue. HELP !

Probably your best bet is to raise a support ticket.

I have my answer. After a quick response from the support team. They pointed out that the buffer settings in my DAW was to high. Fixed. Thanks.
