Vaults Update Issue

Since updating to the new version of Vaults, I have an issue with the Acid Synth instrument

No matter how many times i click on Update for this instrument, it says installing, with messages showing it is completed, but then Update shows again.

Every other instrument works fine in a DAW, but Acid Synth just has a black screen.

Please advise.

Hi @Leslie_Fuller - it’s probably best to raise a ticket via the support centre - I don’t think the support team monitor this forum.

I had some issues downloading after the rebrand. Idk if it’ll help your case, but I did the old ‘off and on’ by uninstalling the app and reinstalling. Fixed my issues. Hope that helps! :slight_smile:

Hi, I had the same issue until i amended my settings to “Delete Installation Files”. I had been keeping them in the belief that a reinstall in the future would be quicker. However the update does not overwrite them but merely re-installs the older version from the existing retained installation files. I had to manually delete the previously downloaded installation files and select “reinstall” for each product from within the app. This brought all my products up to date without any issues.

Thanks for the information.

After installation of the newest Vaults instrument (Lo-Fi Strings), everything seemed fine, but the the R+D Strings required to be updated.

Updating R+D Strings wouldn’t register, and it still shows Update after completion.

I’ll check the settings and try “Delete Installation Files”
