No matter what i try this happens, please help me. DAW is closed and permissions are granted. macOS seqouia. It was previously installed and working, then prompted for update and this is what i get when trying to update.

thanks actually i dont remember it, specially from a minute ago, but thanks for the link, I am not expecting support from here nowe that you’ve pointed that out, quite hilarious that the support does not send anything to my registered email when requested and also won’t allow me to login with the same email address, as if I my account doesn’t exist.
